Tungsten Carbide Coating
Rol-Tec’s flame spray technology includes tungsten carbide, ceramic, and other extremely durable metalized coatings for the roughest applications. Some manufacturing environments are extremely challenging and cause rollers and parts to wear very quickly. Other applications demand a specific textured or rough finish to accomplish the task. With Rol-Tec’s plasma technology, we fuse metalized coatings to your rollers and parts to achieve the desired performance.
Tungsten carbide and ceramic are some of the more common thermal coatings but many others are available for specific environments. Release additives can be formulated to further customize the coating for your special application.
