Jim McHugh has joined the Rol-Tec team. Jim will be managing sales and marketing. Jim's successful 20 year sales career has been spent mainly in the printing and converting industry. Jim looks forward to meeting the Rol-Tec customers and developing long lasting relationships.

Jim and his wife Katie have 4 children. Currently, Jim spends much of his free time watching his kids sporting events and coaching middle school football and basketball.

Rol-Tec broke ground on a new 22,000 square foot production addition in 2006 and completed the construction project in December of 2006. Thie addition was added to house new equipment need for precision grinding. We are also adding state of the art Grooving equipment to enhance our grooving capabilities which will include chevron grooving. Some space has been reserved to add transfer and compression molding equipment.

Rol-Tec is in the process of researching and buying transfer and compression molding equipment. Rol-Tec expects to be fully operational in this area in the fall of 2007.

The construction included a fitness center, including high quality training equipment and a racquet ball court, for use by Rol-Tec employees.
